RETURN POLICY

A. Due to the customization of each product we produce, Print Inca does not offer refunds.

B. If you receive a product that is embroidered, screen printed or produced incorrectly , a return can be approved at the discretion of Print Inca, you are responsible for the return shipping to us within a 10 day period in order for the Items to be covered under this Policy.

C. You must return the items unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this Policy.

D. Print Inca is not responsible for any Items that have been lost or stolen in transit/shipping. 

E. Customer acknowledges and agrees that we do not offer any refunds. Only order replacements or store credit will be issued if approved by Print Inca on qualifying orders.

 

No Liability for Errors

Print Inca is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

  • Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors

  • Exact printing/embroidery placement on each product.

  • Low resolution or low quality graphics and images

  • Damaged fonts

  • Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, and colors of products

  • Imperfections on Garments/hats supplied by Vendor

  • Damage to products after delivery to User

  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

  • Color matching on specialty threads colors

User is responsible for reviewing their files/mock ups and correcting any issues on the mock ups before giving approval to start production. Once mockup is approved, we cannot guarantee edits/changes if production has started already.
