Welcome to Print Inca LLC, by using our Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, and our Privacy Policy.

Business Hours

Customer Service is available 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday by email. This does not apply to holidays during which the business is closed.

Pick up/Will Call is open 9 AM to 5 PM in the production facility’s local time zone.

Appointment required.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a full refund cancellation; if no digital mockup was emailed. (please email cancellation request, we will reach out during business hours)

2. After digital mockup has been emailed you have 1 business day to request a cancellation by emailing us at: sales@printinca.com, with a $40 graphic design artwork/processing fee that will be deducted from the refund.

* Digital mockups are emailed to customers through sales@printinca.com and will be provided within 1-2 business days after order is placed.

If a digital mockup is not approved due to modifications that had to be made from the customer’s original artwork, and it has been more than 3 business days after placing the order: Customer can resubmit a new design or if applicable customer can pay an upgrade, such as 10,000+ stitches for embroidery, DTF PRINTING, more color inks on screen printing, etc. (Upgrade price may vary)

IF MOCK UP IS NOT APPROVED, ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT REFUND, ONLY STORE CREDIT. Orders that have been on hold for 30 business days, we will begin production with the digital mockup we provided and ship out the completed order to the shipping address provided. (Beginning February 2024)

WE WILL EMAIL AND CALL TO FOLLOW UP IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE AN APPROVAL, BUT CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CORRECT CONTACT INFORMATION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.

* Physical mockups will be free on hat orders of 36 or more. It can also be purchased for hat orders under 36 for an additional fee. Physical mockups have up to 2 revisions if needed with recommendations from our graphic designer. If a physical mockup is not approved due to modifications made, the customer is able to resubmit a new design for a final physical mockup approval.

 

RETURN POLICY

A. Due to the customization of each product we produce, Print Inca does not offer refunds.

B. If you receive a product that is embroidered, screen printed or produced incorrectly , a return can be approved at the discretion of Print Inca, you are responsible for the return shipping to us within a 10 day period in order for the Items to be covered under this Policy.

C. You must return the items unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this Policy.

D. Print Inca is not responsible for any Items that have been lost or stolen in transit/shipping. 

E. Customer acknowledges and agrees that we do not offer any refunds. Only order replacements or store credit will be issued if approved by Print Inca on qualifying orders.

 

No Liability for Errors

Print Inca is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

  • Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors

  • Exact printing/embroidery placement on each product.

  • Low resolution or low quality graphics and images

  • Damaged fonts

  • Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, and colors of products

  • Imperfections on Garments/hats supplied by Vendor

  • Damage to products after delivery to User

  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

  • Color matching on specialty threads colors

CUSTOMER is responsible for reviewing their files/MOCK UPS and correcting any issues on the mock ups before giving approval to start production. Once mockup is approved we cannot guarantee edits/changes if production has started.

IF MOCK UP IS NOT APPROVED, ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY TYPE OF REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT. PRODUCTION CAN NOT START UNTIL MOCK UP IS APPROVED. (SEE CANCELLATION POLICY ABOVE)

Color Proof Accuracy

Color thread and color ink swatches are matched as close as possible by our production team. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for color matching or ink density on digital mock up/proofs that you approve.

Garment Replacements 

We will change/replace the style or brand of a certain garment with a similar material in case of low quantity or has been declared out of stock.

Right Of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.

Turnaround Time

7-10 business days (Monday- Friday) Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE.

Shipping Policy

•Print Inca LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.  

Our shipping carriers are: USPS & UPS 

• Please provide your correct address when placing an order. Include necessary details for shipping such as suite number, apartment, unit etc 

• You will be charged a return to address fee or a new shipping charge if the package is not able to be delivered to the address you provided when you placed your order.

• Once you receive the tracking number, you can go to the carrier’s website to track your package and get daily updates of expected delivery of your package.
